Jerrika Brown is an emerging black author, motivational speaker, blogger, photographer, and business owner of Melanin Boss Crew. Originally from Arkansas, her priority lies in assisting her community by empowering all men and women to become successful business owners, as well as improving their outlook on life. Ms. Brown not only has self-published a memoir, but she has also merged her passion to draw and design within her organization. As virtual technologies advances, she thought to create stylish avatars that mimic every day black women; thus, making her organization trendy, reaching out towards the interest of young teens, & adults.
